외국인 신입학 유학생 지문등록 안내

Notice for fingerpirnt registration for new international students

신입학 유학생들 중 지문등록 대상자를 다음과 같이 안내합니다.

1. 날짜 및 시간(Date and Time) 안내 _ 본인 시간 잘 확인할 것 (첨부파일 확인_Please check the attached file)

2. 장소(Place): 국제관2층 뒷편 주차장 Parking lot at the back of International building 

3. 준비물(Requirment): 여권(PASSPORT), 여권 미지참시 지문등록 불가 (Without passport, cannot register fingerprints)

4. 일정(schedule): 조선대 국제관 출발(Departure) →출입국사무소 도착(Arrival at Immigration office)→ 4자리 비밀번호 및 지문등록(entering 4 digit password & fingerprints registration)→조선대 귀교(Back to univ.)  

* 비밀번호 등록 registration PIN numbers(password)

·      - 신입생은 단체 지문등록 시, 키패드에 4자리 숫자(PIN)를 입력 예정 Freshman will enter a 4-digit password of your choice during fingerpirnt registration

·       - 같은 숫자 불가 (1111 X) / 연속된 숫자 불가 (1234 X) 

   The password cannot contain 4 repeated or consecutive numbers (e.g. 1111, 1234)

·   - 입력하신 번호를 잊어버리거나 휴대전화에 모바일 외국인등록증을 설치하는 과정에서 10회 번호를 잘못 입력하신 경우 번호(PIN) 초기화를 위해 본인이 직접 출입국사무소를 방문하여야 합니다. / If you forget your password or enter it incorrectly 10 times in the process of installing your mobile residence card, you should visit the Immigration Office to reset your password.

5. Precautions(주의사항)

   - 절대 늦지 않을 것(Never be late for meeting)

   - 지문등록을 마친 후에 ARC 발급예정(추후 안내) (After registering fingerprints, it will take more days to take ARC. it will be noticed again.)

6. 대상명단(List of students): 첨부파일 확인(Attached) 

7. 참고사항: 결강사유서는 국제협력팀 사무실에서 발급 예정
