2026 앵커 사업 4-4 글로벌 오픈캠퍼스 조성의 일환으로, 광주 충장축제 「아시아 문화의 날」 행사에서 조선대학교 외국인 유학생이 직접 자신의 나라를 소개하는 부스에 참여할 학생을 모집합니다. 아시아권 유학생들의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

선정된 팀은 행사 당일 부스를 직접 운영해야 하며, 선정 후에는 개인 사정으로 취소가 어렵습니다.

선정된 팀은 행사 전 사전 준비 모임에 참석해야 합니다. 사전 모임에서는 팀별 부스 운영 내용, 준비물, 음식 또는 체험 활동 등을 확인할 예정입니다.

Hello, this is the International Affairs Team of Chosun University.

We are recruiting teams of Chosun University international students to operate cultural exchange booths where they can introduce their country’s food, culture, games, and more at the “Asia Culture Day” event of the Gwangju Chungjang Festival of Memories.

Selected teams must operate their booth on the event day.

After selection, cancellation for personal reasons may not be allowed.

Selected teams must attend a pre-meeting before the event. During the pre-meeting, we will check each team’s booth plan, needed materials, food, or cultural activities.

[행사 안내 Event Information]

○ 행사일시 Date & Time : 2026. 10. 9.(금) 14:00~18:00 (예정) / October 9, 2026 (Fri.), 14:00–18:00

○ 행사장소 Place : 동구 금남로 2가 / Geumnam-ro 2-ga area

○ 운영내용: 아시아 음식 및 간식, 문화체험, 전통놀이, 공예 등 / Asian food and snacks, cultural experiences, traditional games, crafts, etc.

○ 신청기간 Application Period : 2026. 8. 28.(금) ~ 9. 7.(월) 13:00까지 / August 28, 2026 (Fri.) – September 7, 2026 (Mon.) by 13:00

○ 모집대상 Eligibility : 조선대학교 외국인 유학생 / International students of Chosun University

○ 모집인원 Number of Teams : 국가별로 1팀, 총 4팀 (1팀 당 최대 인원수 5명) / 1 team per country, total 4 teams / maximum 5 members per team

[참가 지원사항 Support for Participants]

○ 장려금 인당 50,000원 지급 / Participation incentive of KRW 50,000 will be provided per person.

○ 행사 당일 식사 및 간식 제공 / 결강사유서 발급 Meals and snacks will be provided on the event day / A class absence excuse document will be issued.

○ 부스 운영에 필요한 재료 및 포장용기 등 기본 물품 지원 / Basic booth materials, such as ingredients and packaging items, will be provided.

○ 우수 참여팀은 '동구청장' 명의 감사장 추천 예정 / Outstanding teams may be recommended for a certificate of appreciation from the Dong-gu Office.

○ 봉사활동 시간 인정 가능 (1365 자원봉사 포털 가입자에 한함) / Volunteer service hours may be recognized for students registered in the 1365 Volunteer Portal.

 - 봉사활동 시간 인정을 희망하는 학생은 부스 운영 전까지 1365 자원봉사포털에 가입해야 합니다. Students who wish to receive volunteer service hours must register in the 1365 Volunteer Portal before the booth operation.

* 本展位活动不以营利为目的。包括食品分享、传统游戏、手工体验和文化体验在内的所有活动，均以文化交流和分享为目的。

*선정 후 행사에 참여하지 않을 경우, 향후 국제협력팀의 모든 행사 참여가 제한될 수 있습니다.

* If a selected team does not participate in the event, they may be restricted from participating in all future events organized by the International Affairs Team.

* 入选后如不参加本次活动，今后可能会被限制参加国际合作团队举办的所有活动。
