충장축제 ASIA CULTURE STREET 예선전 안내

해당 축제의 음식 부스 지원자가 많아 음식 부스 신청팀을 대상으로 예선전을 진행하고자 합니다.

지원해 주신 학생들의 양해 부탁드리며, 아래 내용을 확인하여 예선전에 참여해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 문화체험 부스로 신청한 팀은 예선전 대상이 아니며, 별도 안내에 따라 부스 운영계획서를 제출해 주시면 됩니다.

- 예선 대상: 충장축제 「ASIA CULTURE STREET」 음식 부스 신청팀

- 예선 일정: 2026. 9. 11.(금) 10:00~12:00, 13:00~15:00 

※ 12:00~13:00은 점심시간으로 접수가 불가하오니, 해당 시간을 피해 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 예선 방법: 팀별로 부스 운영 시 제공할 음식을 1인분 분량으로 조리하여 예선 시간 내 국제협력팀 사무실에 제출

※ 부스 운영 시 제공할 음식 준비가 식재료 수급 등의 사유로 어려울 경우, 본국을 대표하는 음식으로 대체 가능

※ 예선 음식을 제출하지 않을 경우 음식 부스 선정 심사에서 제외됩니다.

※ 예선 음식은 반드시 1인분 분량으로만 제출

1. 대중성: 누구나 쉽게 즐길 수 있는 정도

2. 기호도: 맛과 선호도

3. 비주얼/플레이팅

4. 완성도

※ 심사 점수는 비공개이며, 심사 결과에 대한 개별 문의는 받지 않습니다.

Notice on Preliminary Round for the Chungjang Festival 「ASIA CULTURE STREET」

Due to the high number of food booth applicants for this festival, a preliminary round will be held for food booth applicant teams.

We kindly ask for your understanding, and please check the information below and participate in the preliminary round.

※ Teams that applied for a cultural experience booth are not required to participate in the preliminary round. They will be asked to submit a booth operation plan separately.

- Preliminary Round Eligibility: Teams that applied for a food booth for Chungjang Festival 「ASIA CULTURE STREET」

- Preliminary Schedule: September 11, 2026 (Fri.) 10:00~12:00, 13:00~15:00 

※ Submissions will not be accepted during lunch time, 12:00~13:00. Please submit your dish outside of this time.

- Preliminary Method: Each team must prepare one serving of the dish they plan to provide at their booth and submit it to the International Affairs Team Office during the preliminary schedule.

※ If it is difficult to prepare the planned booth dish due to ingredient availability or other reasons, the team may substitute it with a representative dish from their home country.

※ Teams that do not submit food for the preliminary round will be excluded from the food booth selection review.

※ The preliminary-round dish must be submitted as one serving only.

- Evaluation Criteria

1. Popularity: How easily the dish can be enjoyed by the public

2. Taste and Preference: Taste and overall preference

3. Visuals/Plating

4. Completeness

※ Scores will remain confidential, and individual inquiries regarding the results will not be accepted.

- Announcement of Results: September 11, 2026 (Fri.) at 17:00, tentative

Selected teams will be notified individually through the team representative.

Teams that are not selected will not receive a separate notification.
